The brief

Show the world what the first step looks like. In 30–60 seconds.

Most people never take the first step into mental health. Therapy feels like too much; "just meditate" feels like nothing. Bemellou lives in between: a plush you can hold, an app you'll actually open, and real psychologists on the other side of it.

Built at Northwestern. Launched this summer. Thousands of downloads, zero ads.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need followers or to be a "creator"?

No. You need a phone, an editing app (CapCut is free) and a good idea made with care.

Should I download the app?

Yes. It's free, and filming yourself actually using it makes for a much better video.

Can I post it on my own account?

Please do. Tag @bemellou. The best-performing post gets a bonus plush and a feature on our channels.

Still stuck?
